Innovation and Collaboration

The Office of Business and Community Development (OBCD) is where the LCACE Cultural Development Manager, Rebecca Maguire is situated. Rebecca, alongside the OBCD team work across all academic departments supporting networking and business development initiatives. The OBCD promotes university interaction across all sectors with Rebecca concentrating on the Arts and Cultural sectors representing the LCACE initiative.

Through PureGoldsmiths (the trading arm of OBCD), the College's tremendous wealth of expertise and collective knowledge is made available to business and the community. Recent examples of successful spin-outs include i2 Media Research and The Constance Howard Resource and Research Centre in Textiles.
