Birkbeck and the London Consortium

The London Consortium is a unique collaboration between Birkbeck, the Architectural Association, the Institute of Contemporary Arts, the Science Museum and the Tate. The London Consortium offers challenging, rigorous postgraduate programmes in the Humanities and Cultural Studies combining criticism and creativity, and leading to a Master of Research (MRes) or PhD degree in Humanities and Cultural Studies from the University of London. Many of our students occupy or will proceed to prominent positions in the worlds of art, culture and education.
