City University’s 2 year, part-time Masters Degree provides professional development for emerging cultural leaders, giving them the knowledge, skills and confidence to assume new challenges and responsibilities at all levels of the cultural sector. The programme is aimed at people with five years' experience in management or specialists seeking to increase their leadership skills.
Structured around intensive monthly workshops, the MA is designed to complement full-time employment, enhancing the capacity of individuals and organisations. They benefit from:

City University hopes to be able to offer a number of bursaries to individuals from minority groups and those working for small organisations.
